Ascott wins 3 new Middle East serviced residence deals

ASCOTT, CapitaLand's wholly owned serviced residence business unit, is banking on religious tourism and the Middle East to drive its next wave of growth.
On Monday, Ascott announced that it has clinched contracts to manage three new properties in Saudi Arabia, including its first in the Islamic holy city of Mecca.
