Asia Fashion unit in deal with HK firm to organise Emi Fujita's concert
ASIA Fashion Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary, Asia Entertainment, has entered into an agreement with Hong Kong-based entertainment company G Music to jointly organise and promote a concert by Japanese singer Emi Fujita.
The "Camomile Acoustic Night - Emi Fujita Live in HK 2016" concert is expected to take place in Hong Kong in late November.
"Under the terms of the agreement, Asia Entertainment has agreed to invest into the joint organisation and promotion of the concert, subject to adjustments based on actual costs incurred," said Asia Fashion. "Asia Entertainment's losses suffered or profits generated in accordance with the terms of the agreement shall be on a pro-rata basis."
Asia Entertainment and G Music had previously collaborated on a concert by Japanese boy band W-inds in Hong Kong, which took place Nov 5 this year in front of a full house.
Emi Fujita has released several solo albums that have charted in Japan. Her concert in Singapore, held in 2010 at the Esplanade Concert Hall, was fully sold out.
