ASIA stocks plunged on Friday with the MSCI Asia-Pacific Index notching seven straight sessions of losses after sellers pummelled Wall Street the night before.
Investors are bracing for a global economic slowdown and see rising risk of a US recession triggered by Covid-19. With cases now found in at least 50 countries, the World Health Organization has said the outbreak is now at a "decisive point".
