Asia-Pacific to continue to drive yuan demand: HSBC

THE use of the Chinese yuan is expected to continue to be driven by Asia-Pacific markets - especially the Greater China region, an HSBC survey this week showed.
This comes as there are signs of divergence in demand for the Chinese yuan from companies in Asia-Pacific, when compared to those from Europe such as France and Germany.
