Asiatravel.com up 22% on news of cash offer

SHARES of Catalist-listed Asiatravel.com Holdings jumped 22 per cent when the counter resumed trading after it announced that Shenzhen-listed ZhongHong Holding, its substantial shareholder, plans to make a cash offer for all its shares at 30 Singapore cents per share.
The counter gained five Singapore cents to 28 Singapore cents over its last traded price on Wednesday prior to a trading halt until 2.45 pm on Friday pending the announcement.
ZhongHong owns 11.4 per cent stake in Asiatravel.com.
