Aspial Corp launches S$75m bond offer

PROPERTY and jewellery group Aspial Corp has launched an offering of up to S$75 million four-year bonds.
The bonds, to be issued through wholly owned unit Aspial Treasury, will have the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of Aspial Corp.
The bonds due 2020, which carry a fixed interest rate 5.3 per cent and are to be issued at par, come in two tranches: up to S$50 million for the public (minimum of S$2,000 per application) and up to S$25 million fo…
