ASPIAL Corporation on Wednesday said it has priced S$24 million worth of bonds due 2021 at a coupon rate of 5.9 per cent.
The notes are expected to be issued on April 19, 2018.
The net proceeds will be used for the financing of general corporate funding requirements or investments of the company and its units, working capital and capital expenditure requirements of the group.
