MAINBOARD-LISTED Asti Holdings is in discussions to sell several of its wholly owned units - known as STI Group - to Shanghai Pudong Science and Technology Investment Co for about S$100 million.
The semiconductor equipment manufacturer told the Singapore Exchange on Monday evening that it has entered into a term sheet with Shanghai Pudong, where the two parties will have exclusive negotiation for 60 days.
