MAINBOARD-listed ASTI Holdings is selling its core semiconductor technologies and instruments businesses for S$90 million, plus S$38 million in dividends, subject to adjustments.
The businesses, collectively known as the STI Group, will be sold to Shanghai Pudong Science and Technology Investment (PDSTI).
