MAINBOARD-LISTED AusGroup said on Monday it has received approval for an extension of time to announce its financial statements.
In a filing to Singapore Exchange (SGX), the group said it had applied for the extension of two months to Dec 31, 2016, to announce its results for the financial year ended June 30, 2016.
"An extension of time of 10 days for the company to announce its Q1 2017 results on or before Nov 24, 2016, would provide shareholders and other stakeholders with the benefit of having both the FY2016 audited results and the Q1 2017 results for their consideration and information at the same time," the group said.
