AusGroup wraps up sale of Singapore assets

MAINBOARD-LISTED offshore and marine player AusGroup has reported a gain of about A$1.3 million (S$1.4 million) from the sale of its assets and equipment in Singapore for US$3 million.
The buyer has paid 75 per cent of the agreed US$3 million consideration and the remaining will be settled in due course, AusGroup said after Thursday trading close.
