Australand secures Ceva Logistics as tenant in Melbourne
FCL unit achieves A$200m industrial space deals over six months

AUSTRALAND, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint (FCL), on Wednesday said it has secured supply chain firm Ceva Logistics as a tenant for its 90,000 square metre (sqm) new warehouse and office facility at its West Park Industrial Estate.
The Ceva Logistics deal, one of the largest in Australia in years, takes the total industrial space transacted by Australand in Melbourne over the last six months to around 200,000 sqm, or about A$200 million in value.
