ayondo European unit files for insolvency

CATALIST-LISTED ayondo said on Wednesday that an insolvency application has been made for its indirectly-held German subsidiary ayondo GmbH (AYG).

The insolvency will effectively end the group's business-to-consumer European social trading business.
