WHILE the world is in a reflation cycle for sure, different regions are at different points of the cycle, said Hou Wey Fook, chief investment officer (CIO) of Bank of Singapore.

At a media briefing yesterday about the economic and investment outlook for the second half of 2015, Mr Hou painted varying backdrops for financial markets across the world.
