THE war to snag the top finance workers is tipped to intensify after the Asean Economic Community (AEC) is rolled out this year, enabling a freer flow of talent within the region.
Six in 10 of the more than 70 senior finance professionals and leaders polled in a survey in Singapore named the stepped-up scramble for talent within Asean as the top "disruptive" force their companies will have to deal with in the next 15 years.
