AIA Singapore posts strong showing in 2015

STRONG business growth generated by its 4,200-strong agency force drove insurer AIA Singapore's 2015 value of new business (VONB), or a measure of expected profits from new premiums, up 24 per cent year on year to US$341 million on a constant exchange rate basis.
For the full year, the VONB margin went up 11.1 percentage points to 72.4 per cent, from a year ago.
