Asia's first family office robo adviser platform due for launch
MARVELSTONE Capital, an asset management company, on Thursday said it will launch the first licensed robo adviser platform for family offices in Asia in the third quarter of this year.
Robo advisers provide financial advice or portfolio management online with minimal human intervention. They provide digital financial advice based on mathematical rules and algorithms. The platform is being developed in partnership with Smartfolios, a Singapore-based fintech.
Marvelstone Capital is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, which approved its licence as a registered fund management company in August last year.
"Asian family offices continue to look for alternative investment strategies to diversify their portfolios and excite a rising tech-savvy generation. We're extremely pleased to be on the cusp of delivering the first family office robo adviser platform anywhere in Asia," said Joe Seunghyun Cho, CEO of Marvelstone Capital.
