[BENGALURU] Australia's top lender Commonwealth Bank of Australia is being investigated by the country's industrial relations watchdog for underpaying its staff, the regulator said on Monday.
The Fair Work Ombudsman commenced proceedings in the federal court against CBA and Commonwealth Securities Limited for alleged contraventions of the Fair Work Act for failing to pay 7,425 workers A$16.4 million (S$16.2 million).
