DIGITISING the business of insurance is "the biggest revolution" insurers have yet to face, says AXA Asia's new chief Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, noting that the transition will be a game changer in many ways - from customer interaction to consumer segmentation and risk assessment.
To illustrate how serious the group is about the new digital wave, some 950 million euros (S$1.37 billion) was allocated for investments in this area between 2013 and 2015, Mr Laurent Josi said in an interview with The Business Times.
