CHINA-based regional commercial lender Bank of Suzhou (BSZ) has made its first foray out of China with the opening of a representative office in Singapore.

This new establishment marks a "significant milestone" for the bank as it looks to Singapore as a springboard to build up its global presence, said BSZ chairwoman Wang Lanfeng at the launch event on Monday.
