Barclays execs named by New York A-G in amended dark pool complaint
New York
BARCLAYS plc misrepresented to customers how algorithms in its dark pool worked and how client orders were routed, according to an amended complaint by New York's attorney general that named individuals at the bank for the first time.
Several executives at London- based Barclays were aware of the false representations about the bank's in-house trading platform, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said on Wednesday in an amended complaint he's seeking to file in the New York Supreme Court.
