DONALD MacDonald has spent 29 years working in the data and analytics field, 18 of them at OCBC.
He has watched his team grow from a small function with 5 people to a 130-strong team supporting the whole bank’s data capabilities.
MacDonald was appointed group data office head in June 2022 – a new role created to drive the bank’s data strategy.
