Deutsche unit eyes emerging Asia infrastructure plays
It's drawn by attractive valuation but remains wary of difficult regulatory environments

DRAWN by attractive valuations given recent currency weakness, Deutsche Bank's asset management unit is looking to buy into more infrastructure-owning companies in emerging Asian markets.
It is looking at entering markets such as China and India opportunistically within the next six to nine months, but with still a wary eye on the potential volatility - something its investors are not ready to stomach.
