[THE HAGUE] Dutch top bank ING on Wednesday said it planned paying a dividend for the first time since getting a state bailout in 2008, despite posting a large drop in net profit for 2014.

"The Board proposes to pay a final 2014 dividend of 470 million euros (S$721 million) or 0.12 euro per ordinary share," Amsterdam-based ING said in a statement, adding it was subject to shareholders' approval at its annual general meeting in May.
