German regulator fines Bank of America 5.1m euros for delays in reporting
GERMANY’S financial market regulator BaFin said on Thursday (Aug 11) that it had fined Bank of America 5.1 million euros (S$7.2 million) for delays in reporting voting rights notifications.
Bank of America declined to comment. REUTERS
