Insurer M&G to buy financial advice provider Sandringham

[LONDON] British insurer M&G said on Tuesday it would buy financial advice provider Sandringham Financial Partners in a deal that would add assets worth over £2.5 billion to M&G as it bulks up its UK wealth management business.
Sandringham will be part of M&G Wealth alongside its existing advice, platform and investment businesses, the blue-chip insurer added.
