Khazanah selling M$564.9m of CIMB shares

[SINGAPORE] Malaysia's state-owned investment firm Khazanah is selling a M$554.9m-$564.9m (S$177.8m-$181.06m) block in CIMB in the M$6.13-$6.24 per share range.
The range implies a 0%-1.76% discount to the pre-deal close of M$6.24.
Around 90.5m shares or 1% of the share capital are being sold.
CIMB and Credit Suisse are the bookrunners.
