    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 14.15 points to 1,509.71.

    Volume was 2.885 billion lots worth RM2.060 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 601 to 315.
