Not all bankers must be trained in banking, says OCBC’s Bojan Blecic

BOJAN Blecic, head of group customer experience at OCBC, does not consider himself a banker.

Before he started out his career in the industry with a Swiss bank more than two decades ago, Blecic – an architect by training – did not have a background in banking.

But he believes this to be a strength, rather than a weakness.
