BARING Private Equity Asia has declared its offer for Singapore-listed precision-engineering firm Interplex Holdings unconditional in all respects.
Its investment vehicle, Slater Pte Ltd, and parties acting in concert, have received valid acceptances amounting to 65.73 per cent as of Thursday 5pm.
The offer will remain open for acceptances until 5.30pm on April 25, 2016.
Baring Private Equity Asia officially launched its S$450 million offer last month. The cash price of S$0.82 per share values Interplex at S$450 million. It does not intend to preserve the listing of Interplex.
