BBR wins S$60m of contracts

BBR Holdings has snagged several contract wins totalling S$60 million, the mainboard-listed construction and specialised engineering company announced in a Singapore Exchange filing on Monday night.
These are expected to contribute to revenue from the second half year of 2018 till 2020. The biggest of these, worth S$39 million, was awarded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development to construct a seven-storey social community facility at Pasir Ris Street 21. The project will use Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technology.
The other contracts include specialised bored piling works for an office building as well as commercial and residential mixed developments.
In Thailand, BBR also secured contracts for post tensioning works for expressways and monorails.
BBR shares last closed on Sept 14 at S$0.19.
