Blackgold Natural Resources unveils board changes
BLACKGOLD Natural Resources announced, after Friday's trading hours, changes to its board of directors.
Intekhab Ahmad Khan s/o Teffail Mohamed Khan will step down as the company's independent non-executive chairman with effect from Mar 3, 2018. He will also cease to be a member of the audit committee, nominating committee and remuneration committee after relinquishing his position as the company's chairman.
The standing chief executive and executive director, Philip Cecil Rickard, will don extra hats as the company's chairman and a member of the nominating committee with effect from Mar 3, 2018.
Independent director Bala Chandran will take office as a member of the audit committee with effect from Mar 3, 2018.
Independent director Gerald Lim Thien Su will be appointed as a member of the remuneration committee with effect from Mar 3, 2018.
