MAINBOARD-LISTED BM Mobility Ltd - the erstwhile Ziwo Holdings - is set to enter Malaysia's electric car-sharing business, building on its electric scooter dealings there.
It has made a RM850,000 (S$284,000) offer for Wanted Marketing Communications' majority stake in UNiRide Ecotour Sdn Bhd, which has been tapped to serve four of the 20 Malaysian public universities.
