BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific co-head Han Khim Siew to be appointed CEO of OUE C-Reit Management in Feb 2022
BNP Paribas Real Estate's Asia Pacific co-head Han Khim Siew will be appointed chief executive of the manager of OUE Commercial Reit (OUE C-Reit) TS0U : TS0U 0% from February 7, 2022.
Han, 47, succeeds Tan Shu Lin, who will step down as chief executive on Nov 30 to pursue other opportunities, OUE C-Reit's management said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Han was promoted to co-lead BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific in March this year. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, he was head of investments at Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia.
He has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei across various sectors, including government, real estate private equity and real estate advisory.
OUE C-Reit units closed at 43.5 cents on Monday, down 1.14 per cent.
