THE initial public offering (IPO) of Singapore-based BOC Aviation Ltd, a member of Bank of China Group, is the second-largest cross-border listing in the Asia Pacific in the first half of this year.
BOC Aviation raised some US$1.13 billion in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The largest cross-border IPO for the six months came from China Zheshang Bank Co Ltd, which also listed in Hong Kong, raising about US$1.94 billion.
