BOC Aviation submits information pack to HK bourse in bid for mainboard listing

BOC Aviation said on Monday that it has submitted the post hearing information pack to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The aircraft lessor is seeking a mainboard listing on the bourse. The pack, which contains business and financial information related to the company, will be available for viewing on the stock exchange's website: www.hkexnews.hk. Its prospectus will be issued later if the proposed listing proceeds.

IFR reported last Tuesday that the aviation arm of Bank of China plans to seek approval for a US$1.5 billion initial public offering in Hong Kong. Citing people close to the deal, the report said BOC Aviation could start testing investors' demand this week.
