MAINBOARD-LISTED Thai Beverage Public Co Ltd (ThaiBev)'s multi-billion-dollar bid for a majority stake in a leading state-owned Vietnamese brewer went through on Monday.
Vietnam Beverage, an indirect associate of the food and drink group, has bought close to 343.7 million shares in Saigon Beer Alcohol Beverage Corp (Sabeco), Reuters reported.
