TECHNOLOGY and engineering group Boustead Singapore is proposing the demerger of its real estate solutions business, which would be consolidated under its wholly owned subsidiary Boustead Projects with an eye on listing shares in Boustead Projects on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
