BOUSTEAD Projects Limited has clinched a design-and-build contract from AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT (AA Reit) for the development of an industrial property located in Marsiling, Singapore.
Construction of the facility - a five-storey industrial facility redevelopment - is expected to commence shortly and be completed by the second half of 2017.
The latest contract win has raised the Boustead Projects Group's order book backlog to S$234 million, which comprises unrecognised project revenue as at end-March and new orders secured since.
Amendment: Based on Boustead Project's press release put up on the Singapore Exchange on Thursday morning, the company described the contract as a redevelopment of industrial property. AA Reit has since clarified that it is a greenfield development. This article has been revised to reflect this.
