BREADTALK Group has sealed a deal with Song Fa Holdings to jointly operate the Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Brand in restaurants in Thailand, and four major cities in China - Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

The operations will be carried out through newly established BTG-Song Fa Venture Pte Ltd, which is 90 per cent owned by BreadTalk's wholly owned Together Inc Pte Ltd. Under the pact, BTG-Song Fa becomes a master franchise to develop and operate the highly popular Teochew brand in Thailand and China.
