THE S-Reits have raised about S$1.5 billion year-to-date with the largest deal being Mapletree Commercial Trust's (MCT) S$1 billion private placement and preferential offering for the acquisition of MBC Phase 1. Recent deals have been priced at about 2-4 per cent discount to previous close.
