THE S$548.3 million proposed acquisition of Gallileo Property will extend CapitaLand Commercial Trust's (CCT) footprint into Frankfurt's prime CBD, increase portfolio occupancy to 97.6 per cent, lengthen weighted average lease expiry to 6.1 years from 5.7 years, and add CommerzBank into its top 10 tenants list.
