Buying falls, selling low for second straight week
THE buying fell while the selling among directors was low for the second straight week based on filings on Singapore Exchange during the holiday-shortened Dec 21-24 week.
Buyers outweighed sellers with 20 companies that recorded 40 purchases worth S$3.36 million versus three firms with three disposals worth S$0.07 million. The buy figures were sharply down from the previous week's five-day totals of 25 companies, 59 purchases and S$11.56 million.
The sales, on the other hand, were not far off from the previous week's two firms, two disposals and S$0.43 million.
