Cacola to place out S$638,000 in new shares

CACOLA Furniture International on Thursday said that it would place out S$638,000 worth of new shares to four private investors.
These refer to 142 million new shares at S$0.0045 apiece, with the subscription price representing a premium of about 12.5 per cent to the volume average weighted price of Cacola shares traded on Thursday.
The funds will be used for working capital.
