THERE are plans to open a new football-themed cafe in Singapore in early-2017, as part of a blossoming business venture between mainboard-listed real estate firm Rowsley and former Manchester United players Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville.

Called Cafe Football, this will be the chain's first branch outside the UK, adding to the two existing cafes that are in London and Manchester. A new outlet at the National Football Museum in Manchester is also on the cards.
