IS DBS Group Holdings an oracle or the government? From the questions of some shareholders at Thursday's annual shareholders' meeting, it would seem that they think South-east Asia's biggest bank is a little bit of both. And, oh, they also want assurance that the Singapore banking group would remain committed to POSB Bank, the "first wife" and not just lavish attention on the more glamorous "mistress", DBS Bank.
