Europe: Stock markets up

[LONDON] European stock markets advanced at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.4 per cent to 7,412.33 points awaiting British unemployment data.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 won 0.6 per cent to 12,250.02 points and the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.4 per cent to 5,159.10 compared with the close on Tuesday.
