Europe: Stock markets advance at open

[LONDON] European stocks opened higher Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.2 per cent at 7,030.19 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 added 0.4 per cent to 11,384.00 points and the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.3 per cent to 5,040.68, compared with Friday's closing levels.
