EUROPEAN stock markets jumped at the start of trading on Thursday (Apr 28), extending a recovery from sharp losses earlier in the week.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index grew 0.5 per cent to 7,464.20 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX index gained 0.9 per cent to 13,916.33 points and the Paris CAC 40 won 1.1 per cent to 6,513.07. AFP
