Europe: Stock markets mixed at open

[LONDON] European stocks were mixed at the start of trading on Tuesday, with London's FTSE 100 index up 0.4 per cent at 7,090.64 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 fell 0.3 per cent to 11,429.82 points and the Paris CAC 40 also slid 0.3 per cent to 5,036.95.
